Cute little find. Food was amazing and staff were lovely. We didn't stay in the hotel so I can't review the rooms etc. We both had steak and chips and it was a hearty serving.
Dropped in yesterday for a quick drink and ended up staying for food and had the best Vegan shepherds pie in the world. Loads of veggie options and so nice to find somewhere that has more than the standard risotto and bean burger PLUS it's homemade! Fantastic enclosed beer garden, perfect for the dog. Very friendly staff and locals
Lovely room, very nice fry up for breakfast. Thankfully we had our own earplugs for the seagulls (many, loud) but maybe it would be a nice idea to provide them to guests! We'll be back if in the area again.
Great little Welsh pub. Exactly as you’d imagine, great selection of drinks, good food, dog friendly. Nice to sit outside and have a drink but also inside is nice and cozy. Always worth a visit if you’re in Barmouth. Not stayed here but I definitely would.
Excellent night tonight great food and company and always made to feel welcome. It's not surprising its popular with both locals and visitors when you get such quality food and value for money. The beer is always kept well, never heard of anyone having a "bad" pint. They deserve nothing but success for the hard work they put in looking after all their customers.
We stayed here for one night while visiting Barmouth, clean room and en-suite, bed was comfortable with nice linen so had good nights sleep. We had a meal in the evening, a lamb burger and a vegan shepherds pie, both were delicious and good size portions. Both had fried breakfast next morning again very nice food items and good portion size also cereal, fruit juice, toast, tea and coffee. Friendly staff and perfect central location, would come back again. Would have liked breakfast served a bit earlier but worked out fine as ended up having a longer lie in in the morning.
Stayed here recently the breakfast was really good young girl who was waiting on was lovely very good at her job and well mannered wasn’t keen on the room Very old fashioned and out dated plus the windows wouldn’t open so was roasting there was a fan but it was rubbish place in a great location tho people who ran the place was very freindly but wouldnt stay there again as the rooms let the place down
